Submit your application to the Vietnam School of Science.
The school invites candidates to apply as official students. Admission is competitive — please read all instructions carefully and submit on time. Late applications are not accepted for any reason. A selection committee reviews all profiles and only the strongest candidates are invited.
Attendance, meals during school days, and a certificate of completion are all free of charge. A limited number of travel grants are available for students far from Quy Nhon who face financial difficulty.
Trường hè mời ứng viên nộp hồ sơ xét tuyển học viên chính thức. Quá trình tuyển chọn rất cạnh tranh — hãy đọc kỹ hướng dẫn và nộp hồ sơ đúng hạn. Không chấp nhận hồ sơ nộp muộn vì bất kỳ lý do gì.
Tham dự, ăn uống trong các ngày học và chứng chỉ hoàn thành đều hoàn toàn miễn phí. Một số suất hỗ trợ đi lại có hạn dành cho học viên ở xa và có hoàn cảnh khó khăn.
How to Apply / Cách nộp hồ sơ
Step 1 — Check eligibility
Read the Selection Criteria carefully. Review past school programmes to understand what the school expects.
Step 2 — Prepare your documents
You will need: (1) Motivation letter + academic CV as a single file (letter on page 1, CV on following pages); (2) Evidence of academic achievements, if declared; (3) Financial support letter, if requesting a travel grant. PDF preferred; DOC/DOCX accepted.
Step 3 — Submit online
Complete the online application form, upload your files, and click Submit. You will receive an automated confirmation email. Apply early — the system can become congested near the deadline.
Bước 1 — Kiểm tra điều kiện
Đọc kỹ Tiêu chí xét duyệt. Tham khảo các kỳ trường hè trước để hiểu kỳ vọng của chương trình.
Bước 2 — Chuẩn bị hồ sơ
Cần chuẩn bị: (1) Thư ứng tuyển + CV trong một file (thư ở trang đầu, CV theo sau); (2) Bằng chứng thành tích học tập nếu có khai báo; (3) Thư xin hỗ trợ đi lại nếu cần. Ưu tiên PDF; chấp nhận DOC/DOCX.
Bước 3 — Nộp trực tuyến
Điền form đăng ký trực tuyến, upload hồ sơ và nhấn Submit. Bạn sẽ nhận email xác nhận tự động. Nộp sớm — hệ thống dễ bị nghẽn vào những ngày cuối.
Writing Your Documents / Chuẩn bị hồ sơ
Motivation letter: A concise, personal letter (ideally one A4 page) explaining your passion for science and why you wish to attend. Refer to the school's theme in your letter. There is no fixed template — write in whichever language you express yourself best (Vietnamese or English).
CV / Academic résumé: A clear record of your education, academic achievements, skills, and any research experience. Keep it to 1–2 pages. If you have publications or awards, include links or scanned evidence in a separate file.
Thư ứng tuyển (Motivation letter): Lá thư ngắn gọn, cá nhân (lý tưởng là một trang A4) trình bày niềm đam mê khoa học và lý do bạn muốn tham dự. Hãy đề cập đến chủ đề của trường hè. Không có mẫu cố định — viết bằng ngôn ngữ bạn diễn đạt tốt nhất.
CV học thuật: Trình bày học vấn, thành tích, kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm nghiên cứu (nếu có). Giữ trong 1–2 trang A4. Nếu có bài báo hoặc giải thưởng, đính kèm bằng chứng trong file riêng.

Application Deadline: TBA — typically 6–8 weeks before the school dates. Watch our Facebook page.
Decision: Applicants will be notified by email within 3–4 weeks of the deadline.
School Dates: VSS 2026 dates to be confirmed. Check the 2026 Overview page for updates.
Hạn nộp hồ sơ: TBA — thường 6–8 tuần trước ngày khai mạc. Theo dõi Facebook để biết thông báo.
