If you are interested in the VSSS’09 and would like to apply, please keep in mind the following important dates:

• Application opening (Thursday, May 26, 2022): All applications before this date will not be accepted.
• Application deadline (Sunday, June 19, 2022): Application after this date will not be accepted. The application will close by end of the day. No late application is accepted for any reason. 
• Acceptance announcement (Sunday, July 10, 2022): If your application is successful, you will receive an invitation e-mail sent by the VSSS’08 Organisation Committee to the e-mail you registered in the application form. Please check your e-mail on this day (sometimes e-mail may be filtered to the SPAM box, just carefully check all your mailboxes). We regret that we are not able to send e-mail to the candidates whose application is not successful because of a large number of applicants.
• Confirmation of attendance (to be announced): For successful candidates, you will have to confirm to attend the VSSS’08 before the end of this date. Late confirmation means you are unable to attend, and the place will be offered to another candidate.
